    The good thingsSuasa kerja sangat nyaman, tempat kerja sangat bersih, kemanan kantor sangat memadai, internet sangat cepat. Hubungan antar karyawan sangat baik seperti keluarga sendiri saling support dan mendukung satu sama lain.
    The challengesSering terjadi perubahan sistem atau kebijakan manajemen secara mendadak mengakibatkan kondisi kurang stabil. Sistem pembayaran gaji akhir ini dilakukan secara termin (cicil). Keputusan manajemen yang kurang menguntungkan bagi karyawan. Aturan-aturan lucu yang dikeluarkan membuat suasana kantor terkadang kurang nyaman

    The good thingsI've got a lot of great knowledge here, from a very simple one (daily culture, daily activities, morals, social, etc) up to religion sciene and insight of the world.
    The challengesThe challenge is we must be ready to work some various jobs, which it'll develop our personality to be a better one.
