    The good thingsKebersamaan dan toleransi sesama. Tidak menutup kemungkinan jika kompeten maka pengembangan karir selalu terbuka untuk anda. Hotel yang cukup nyaman dan bersahabat untuk seluruh staff dan karyawan nya.
    The challengesSulitnya membuat ide yang out of the box karena banyak yang berfikir monoton dan itu-itu saja. Fasilitas yang kadang tidak mendukung untuk mengexplore lebih jauh mengenai skill seseorang.
