    A little experiences with a big benefit
    The good thingsThe kitchen is so clean, all the person is so very welcoming, I m a crew of kitchen banquet section in there I can learn and practice it so easly, making some oriental and continental food as japanene food, chinese food, arabian food, indonesian food, western food and many more
    The challengesThe rules in the kitchen is very strict like they have so many cctv in every corner for controlling us. But beside that it's so good for the quality of service to get customer satisfaction

    The good thingsgood management , good comunication with staff from management, give employee what they need, good teamwork and good solidarities, nice chamber for employee, good facilities for employee such us create creatives event while independent day and go to outing together with all staff inside.

    The good thingsPerusahaan yang baru tapi sangat menginspirasi saya selama bekerja disana. Memberikan kebebasan yang prosedural untuk mengambil keputusan. Didukung oleh management dan owner yang baik dan penuh kekeluargaan. Selama bekerja 20 thn di ranah hospitality yg tentunya semua perusahaan punya kekurangan, tapi perusahaan ini yang membuat saya bisa bekerja dengan nyaman dan positif untuk karir kedepan.
    The challengesSaat memutuskan untuk keluar dari perusahaan ini dengan alasan pribadi (ikut suami ke jakarta). Karena harus berpisah dengan semua teman2 yang sudah menjadi keluarga. Sulit untuk mengambil keputusan untuk keluar dari perusahaan ini.
