    The good thingsWe show the good respect among employees. For me as HR, can manage well because there's bonding each other among employees between high level until low level. Good support from Top Management about the improvement will help you to develop yourself in different aspects by other company in Central Java.
    The challengesStill nee a lot of improvement, because the policy here used to change fast. The implementation of the new improvement count by hour or minute, so sometimes the implementation do with rush. The other side, this company still don't have good procedure in some aspects. Still not structured system in some field of job. But this is the challenges.
