    Honeywell is one of The big foreign company in Indonesia as a principle of electronic security and fire alarm system.
    The good thingsI can get great salary and work/life balance at Honeywell. I have good compensation and benefit especially for car allowance and health benefit for me and my family.
    The challengesI don't like the rapid change of top management in Honeywell that affects the company's organizational structure.
