    The good thingsHubungan antar pegawai dan section sangat baik. Gaji dan bonus diatas rata-rata perusahaan yang lain.Banyak event perusahaan untuk pegawai/karyawannya.Banyak training untuk karyawannya.
    The challengesJapanese style,koordinasi dengan kantor cabang yang overseas lama.Pressure pekerjaan diatas rata-rata. Wajib memahami dan melaksakan HORENSO.Waktu/jam kerja tidak seimbang.

    The challengesCompany expects more contribution, not just good in daily work. Each employee must have project improvement in a very limited time. At least the employee has to work even on holidays

    Sangat sulit promosi jabatan disini
    The good thingsSalary dan tunjangan2nya bagus dan ada banyak company event selain itu fasilitas kantornya juga cukup banyak.
    The challengesPromosi jabatan adalah sesuatu yg sulit didapatkan di perusahaan ini. Selain karena banyak Expat yg tentu posisinya TIDAK MUNGKIN DIGESER, penilaian performa untuk promosi jabatan juga rancu & tidak jelas. Sangat sulit bagi Staff untuk promosi ke senior bahkan SPV, perlu sekitar 5 tahun untuk promosi itupun karena diangkat sendiri oleh atasan kita.

    It was very comfortable workplace like a second home
    The good things- I had the best supervisor, manager and team because they were so cooperative and helpful. - I was felt very comfortable to do my all tasks from beginning to end without pressure and supervise - There are many fun facility such as Coffee Maker, Ice Cream, Tennis and a few Outdoor Sport.
    The challenges- GA forced everyone to attend the birthday celebration (monthly event) when we have a lot of important works. - Worship space is the smallest place than a Canteen and Internal Meeting room there - No more finger scan to record an attendance

    The good thingsKesejahteraan karyawan cukup diperhatikan disini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya asuransi kesehatan dan medical reimbursement yg disediakan oleh perusahaan selain itu juga ada training2 untuk meningkatkan skill karyawan.
    The challengeskita dituntut untuk bekerja 1 level diatas jabatan kita sendiri dan tidak ada toleransi untuk kesalahan , sebagai staff harus siap untuk kerja dengan minim supervisi. Selain itu juga workloadnya tidak beraturan dan sangat padat sehingga tidak ada work life balance , jajaran management juga kurang baik.

    The challengesJENJANG KARIR TIDAK JELAS ! Seorang staff bisa menghabiskan 4-5 tahun untuk kemudian dipromosikan ke senior staff. Tidak ada standar yang jelas mengenai PROMOSI JABATAN ! Sesuka hati para manajemen saja.

    The good thingsKesejahteraan karyawan amat sangat diperhatikan. Dari mulai gaji yang memadai, asuransi kesehatan dari BPJS dan perusahaan swasta, serta ada pemberian bonus setahun 2x, selain itu karyawan juga mendapat training untuk mengembangkan skill.
    The challengesTidak ada kriteria yang jelas mengenai hal-hal apa saja yang perlu dipenuhi oleh seorang karyawan agar dapat dipromosikan. Promosi hanya berdasarkan faktor LIKE OR DISLIKE oleh management. Tidak cocok bagi karyawan muda yang masih sangat bersemangat mengembagkan karir.
