    Experience Working in HPM As A New Entry Level Staff
    The good thingsI am still working in HPM as I am writing this review. It is my third year working at HPM. HPM is a great place to start as a new entry level. I got well job portion. At my department, mentor and manager keep observing my performance as new staff. They give opportunity and chance to new staff to express our idea and present to evaluator. Even until this now, Purchasing department gives opportunity and chance to all staffs to grow and develop. And also, HPM concern about staffs' welfare. Beside of health insurance, it provides well transportation which covers intercity and meal allowance.
    The challengesDespite of good at keeping staff welfare by provide good facility, transportation allowance and meal allowance, staff level does not receive over time salary.
