    The good thingsBanyak ilmu dan masukan yg saya dapatkan khususnya tentang strategi pencapaian target sales, dan tentang leader di operational .juga memberikan ilmu administrasi dan mengarahkan team , sehingga menjadi team yg kuat dan memberikan hasil target maksimal. Secara ilmu yg saya dapat secara administrasi pengolahan data melalui : ms word, excel, power point, dan digital marketing membuat materi promo in store juga negosiasi sebagai public relations perusahaan kepada pihak supplier dan mall sebagai rekan bisnis ritel

Sebagai sales saya dan team menanmkan agar bekerja sesuai dengan pemenuhan target perusahaan. Dan tidak berdasar pada patokan atau aturan baku. Sebagai sales kami bekerja dinamis, dan sebagai leader saya harus bisa memberikan suppport dan solusi yang tepat saat di lapangan kadang keputusan ini yang menjadi resiko dan tanggung jawab saya. Hal ini tidak membuat saya mundur asal saya bekerja sesuai dan tidak merugikan perusahaan
