    Good performance is highly appreciated
    The good thingsAll employees are expected to give contribution. Good performance is greatly appriciated by salary increase, bonus. Also company give good attention for healthy. Beside BPJS, company also give reimbursement medical claim for employee and family according to company policy. Company also provide training to support in mastering work.
    The challengesSometimes several work done at the same time. So, good skill, accuracy and proffesionalism is needed.

    The good thingsPerusahaan jepang identik dengan disiplin yang tinggi, benar itu nyata adanya. Karyawan dididik untuk disiplin yang tinggi dalam hal apapun, baik jam kerja yang ontime, kerapihan area kerja, deadline tugas, dll. Hal ini baik untuk mengubah prilaku karyawan yang sering malas-malasan, sering meluangkan waktu jam kerja, untuk menjadi karyawan yang baik. Disiplin ini menjadi salah satu modal utama karyawan untuk bekerja dimanapun ia berada, dan Perusahaan Jepang lah tempat yang tepat membentuk sikap disiplin itu.
    The challengesDiperusahaan ini sulit untuk mengembangkan kompetensi, baik softskill maupun hardskill karena program training masih sangat minim. Sedangkan di sisi lain, kompetensi mengikuti perkembangan jaman serta pemenuhan peraturan perundangan sangatlah penting menjadi modal karyawan untuk berkarya dan berkontribusi kepada perusahaan. Namun apabila perusahaan belum mencanangkan program training untuk karyawannya maka akan sulit untuk berkembang.
