    The good thingsABB is mnc that giving many opportunities to develop ourselves Reporting to regional is an exciting experience to make me understand of what’s going on in other countries. I got fully support from my reporting line both in country and regional level Solve many industrial issues with the full support from global management
    The challengesThe office placed at center of traffic jam and very struggling coming from Cibubur. But flexy time is helping so we could still work from home since we’re all equipped by vpn and may come late as long as fulfill 8 hrs per day. Matrix organizations sometimes is confusing. It would be better if ABB simplify its organization.

    The good thingsWe have good environment in the office and I really learned a lot from my senior colleagues. And also, the SAP system is well and easy to be used. The business in ABB not so complex that I can understand all the business process in there.
    The challengesthe challenge working here is when I negotiated for a big project and I have to analyst all the component of what makes all the vendor has different price and cost and how to obtain the best price for budget of the project.

    The good thingsAs I'm working mostly with people from around the globe (mostly Australian, Canadian & Chinese), I found ABB to be the company who adopted positive working culture. In which encouragement and self-responsibility is more apparent than micro-management. This gives me a straight-forward, self-defined working ethics.
