    Review project specification to identify the engineering and design requirement for the preparation of the engineering and design deliverables. - Prepare drawing and documents for electrical and instrumentation matters related to modules type substation buildings. - Responsible for design and engineering activities in preparing the following: Substation equipment layouts, review of vendor inputs such as GA and schematic and small power distribution design and engineering activities and preparing drawing. - Monitor power control and instrumentation cable ladder and routing diagrams. - MCTs and earth, lighting protection schemes design. - Opening for electrical system, equipment support arrangements, both inside and outside the building, wall 2 floor. - Provide support to structural and HVAC teams. - Follow upon lighting design calculations and reviews of lighting block diagrams and schematics. - Follow up with site engineers and drafters to review and update the drawing and documents as per the installation requirements, site visit may be required once in a week to support the site related issues. - Preparation of cables schedules, cable sizing and interconnection drawings and the review. - Day to day design and engineering requirement and maintaining the records of the design drawings and documents for quality audits and design changes.

Build a reputation of being clear-headed, objective, and reasonable. 3. To ,offer solutions as soon as possible and fix the problem on own time. Forgive and move on. 4. To adjusting new responsibilities. Create a daily "to do" or goals list. Breaking down tasks will make more manageable, keep organized, and help them to be more productive and efficient. and If have still having difficulty managing their workload, and give advice, or speak with their supervisor to prioritize their work.

    The challengesOne can't choose your boss(es) here. If one were somehow put into a team with a good leader, the it is safe. If not, just be patient. Your English WILL NOT be better here. So, seek other way to make it good. Internet is filtered, not closely monitored but one just can't go surfing as freely as one does in home. Many time one has to report to IT, in Jakarta or Singapore, just to have permit in regard to the internet use and office application. Their online office and security system are good.
