    The good thingsGood vibes, most of the employee are young. The sallary is high than any other brand. Clear work system.
    The challengesNow this corporation still trying the new system. H&M Indonesia change the working day from 5/2 to be 6/1. With high workload it just causing the stress to employee. Beside, they merge two position into one. Visual merchandiser & Dept manager (operational) merges into Dept Visual Manager, so the employee (called as manager) not only work as VM but also work as operational manager. VM working hour also change from 7-4 into shifting hour. I think it is a chaos and i don't think so H&M store in another country have such system.
