    The challengesManagement yang tidak bagus, tidak ada team, HR yang unprofessional, politik kantor sangat terasa sekali... budaya sikut2an bahkan sampai timbulnya fitnah, gaji harus di minta dulu, penuh curiga.

    Ujung Tombak perusahaan adalah Di HRD. Tapi kesengajaan social antar karyawan tidak merata karena HR .Tidak adanya Transpransi dari HR maupun Atasan

    Challenging
    The good thingsThe coworkers are very friendly and supportive, also there's free lunch and no overtime works. The workplace is cozy and comfortable made me enjoy what i was working with available materials that simplify the process of work
    The challengesUnclear job description about what i have to do to, unprofessional system because they do not comply with applicable laws and regulations. They have no benefits for the human resources, And have to deal with a difficult boss.
