    Tempat yang bagus untuk bantu loncatan ke sekolah lain dan belajar karena ada training.

    The challengesTunjangan: Gaji kecil tidak seimbangan dengan jenis pekerjaan. Ada bonus kecil kalau dalam sebulan selalu masuk, tidak sakit atau terlambat, tapi begitu anda sakit dua hari, bonus langsung hilang tanpa ampun. Pengembangan Karir Jangan berharap punya karir lebih tinggi dari guru. Keseimbangan Hidup dan Kerja Begitu banyak hal yang harus dikerjakan mulai dari lesson plan, mengajar, intervensi setelah pulang sekolah, tiga-empat event sekolah yang tidak berkesudahan dalam satu triwulan , dekorasi kelas, meeting yang tidak penting seminggu sekali, memfoto scan ulangan anak-anak kemudian mengupload ke server yang kemudian setahun ke depan file upload tersebut sudah hilang sehingga membuat pekerjaan jadi sia-sia. Mencari guest speaker untuk event. Intinya pekerjaan yang tidak ada habisnya.

    The good thingsYou had the opportunity to learn, but you will also need to present you had you learned to your colleagues
    The challengesYou need to teach the special needs students without a shadow teacher accompanying, you will have 25 -25 in your class with a partner. you also need to expect that regardless of your background you must be ready to teach lower student without telling the reasons

    The good thingsOrang nya disana baik dan ramah, saling menghormati, mau mengajari saya ketika saya sulit dalam bekerja. Mau bekerja sama, kompak, mau kerja keras. Asik di ajak bergaul, happy pokoknyaaa saya disana. Saya mau balik lg kesana kalau ada kesempatan, hehe. Saya disana hanya jadi perbantuan saja, mengisi rapot siswa, update kurikulum pendidikan, isi biodata siswa dan orangtua siswa. Oh iya program tersebut namanya shields

    The good thingsSaya senang bekerja di HIGHSCOPE, saya tambah banyak ilmu, pengetahuan, dan memahami active learning. Sekolah HIGHSCOPE mengajarkan kepada saya bahwa seorang guru yang baik akan berupaya untuk membantu murid dalam pembelajaran. Saya juga belajar mengenal murid-murid berkebutuhan khusus dan mempelajari sedikit tentang mereka. Sekolah HIGHSCOPE juga mengajarkan bagaimana solving problem terhadap murid-murid.
