    The good thingsMelakukan pekerjaannya seperti lagi bermain dalam penjiapan bahan, pengaplikasian dan pengujian langsung di lapangan, membuat catalog percampuran bahan baku hingga menjadi produk yg siap di uji dan di aplikasikan dalam industri minyak dan gas, industri petro kimia, dan industri pembangkit listrik
    The challengesDi awal kerja banyak dilakukan rolling jabatan, akhirnya banyak hal yang harus kita pelajari untuk mendukung kinerja dalam tim agar bisa dikerjakan sesuai aturan dan SOP yang berlaku di kantor HEXA PRIMA ENERGY, setelah banyak ilmu yang diberikan oleh perusahaan dengan memberikan seminar dan pelatihan di workshop kami dilakukan asesmen di perusahaan tersebut untuk ditetapkan dimana posisi yang cocok untuk masing-masing karyawan baru, dan saya diberikan kesempatan untuk bisa bergabung dalam tim research and development.
