    Job Description
    The good things- Monitor and control daily activities of Leasing/Marketing Officers. - Analyze and review lease applications from Leasing/Marketing Officers. - Maintain good relationship with existing Customers, Supplier (Hexindo) to achieve marketing result for Hitachi heavy equipment product. - Giving advises, instructions, educations and develop Leasing/Marketing Officer or Marketing Team. - Coordinate all marketing activities branch in order to achieve financial targets and budgets that have been determined as well as improve the company's brand image in the eyes of partners and communities. - Conduct training at branch level about how to properly run a particular branch of marketing that can be optimal in the operational implementation of the branch. - Provide approval of credit applications based on the following authority requirements and make recommendations when the application requires approval at a higher level.
