    Great place to work!
    The good thingsThe team is very supportive and has no drama at all. The company encourages young people to be a part of company development. The salary is quite high comparing with the others, employee benefits it also good. Great International environment, working with regional employees outside Indonesia.
    The challengesFast-paced environment, the load of work is quite high. But the team and company make us enjoy our job, especially if you passionate about your job.

    The challengesPertama, kesulitan menerjemahkan jurnal ilmiah atau kedokteran menjadi tulisan yang bisa dipahami oleh masyarakat banyak terutama dari golongan akar rumput. Kedua, jenjang karir yang tidak begitu baik, sulit rasanya karyawan akan pindah ke posisi yang lebih tinggi, sedangkan posisi berbanding lurus dengan gaji.
