    The challengessemua keputusan sifatnya sentralisasi, smuanya masih dengan owner.. BOD dan owner memiliki cara pandang yg berbeda dan sering kali karyawan seperti dijepit karena berada di tengah. Kerja juga tidak nyaman karena sewaktu-waktu bisa di CUT jika owner merasa kurang nyaman dengan kinerja kita. Banyak bisikan dan harus pintar bermain politik. Tidak ada perkembangan karir. Jam kerja tidak jelas.
