Secara berkala dilakukan penilaian terhadapa performance dari masing-masing seksi, dan performance tersebut mendapatkan apresiasi dari Top Manajemen.
    The challengesKarena family company, meskipun sistem manajemenya sudah tersertifikasi namun dalam leadership cenderung kaku dan searah. Owner terlibat langsung dari proses sehingga menimbulkan keresahan dan rasa nyaman dalam bekerja. Sarana keselamatan kerja bagi karyawan masih belum dilaksanakan secara optimal. Hal ini menyebabkan resiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja masih tinggi.
