    secara garis besar , ini adalah perusahaan yang punya khans untuk menjadi perusahaan bagus, hanya saja perlu kebenranian dalam merombak managementnya agar biar lebih profesional, dibenahi jam kerja, gaji yang fair, da kurangi rasisme

    The good thingsDifasilitasi mess karyawan bagi pekerja yang jarak rumahnya jauh. Makan siang disediakan. Kebutuhan produksi dan/ ATK difasilitasi melalui pengajuan barang ke pembelian. Mendapat Jaminan kesehatan dan ketenaga kerjaan.
    The challengesSulit menyesuaikan pendapat dengan sesama rekan kerja dan atasan. Sulit mendapat posisi yang tinggi karena tidak memiliki sistem bertahap dari nol. Hubungan antara karyawan dan atasan diistimewakan berdasarkan koneksi. Seringkali dituntut untuk sempurna di setiap pekerjaan, tetapi tidak ada solusi jika terjadi kesalahan.
