    Hubungan kekeluargaan antar karyawan
    The good thingsmungkin kalau dibandingkan dengan PT gg lain, saat itu saya mengalami kekeluargaan yg baik di segala aspek. kurangnya pemahaman dalam bekerja akan terbawa ringan karna saling support. tidak ada tumpang tindih kepentingan. yang penting semua on target. dan zero accident.
    The challengeslebih baik lagi bila sosialisasi terhadap kebijakan dilakukan terlebih dahulu supaya tidak ada miss comunication. jangan lemahkan kepercayaan team terhadap leader. spv dan leader saling menggunting kepentingan seolah leader tidak sepenuhnya memiliki sikap semestinya.

    The good thingsteam operasional yang memiliki kekompakan yang tinggi , dan juga dukungan baik management dalam segala aspek , kekaryawanan , bisnis prospek dan lain hal nya. juga untuk karyawan memiliki rasa kekeluargaan yang baik antar satu sama lain.
    The challengeskesulitan terjadi di jajaran manajemen itu sendiri , ada beberapa management yang masih melihat karyawan full dengan subyektifitas . like dan dislike masih sangat tinggi di kalangan manajemen sehingga agak sedikit menghambat karwayan lain walau mereka memiliki potensial yang baik untuk dapat berkontribusi untuk perusahaan.
