The good things1. Lingkungan kerja yang menyenangkan dan sangat koperatif. 2. Kesempatan untuk bisa mendapatkan berbagai macam pelatihan 3. Kesempatan untuk bisa travelling ke berbagai kota di Indonesia dan mancanegara 4. Di pimpin oleh owner yang sangat koperatif, memiliki karakter leadership yang sangat baik, bisa merangkul karyawan sebagai teman tetapi tetap tegas dalam hal pekerjaan. 5. Perusahaan yang mengedepankan kebersamaan dalam segala hal

The challenges1. Kepastian ketersediaan stock karena dipengaruhi beberapa faktor eksternal. 2. Menghadapi high season seperti menjelang hari raya lebaran dimana permintaan pekerjaan sangat sering mendadak sehingga pengaturan jadwal kerja tim teknisi sering menjadi kendala.
