    The challengesWith certain culture, we are facing challenges to have a good work life balance. On the other side, certain colleagues was not open for improvement initiative which we believe can reduce the challenges and have a better work environment.

    The good thingsLingkungan dikantor cenderung kekeluargaan, hubungan dengan atasan dan teman teman sangat akrab demi membentuk kerja team yang solid. Gaji yang ditawarkan terbilang tinggi untuk posisi field engineer, dan fasilitas asuransi yang diberikan cukup lengkap untuk menunjang kesehatan karyawan beserta keluarganya. Ketika off-duty tidak diwajibkan ke kantor.
    The challengesSebagai field engineer tentunya bekerja dilapangan akan meninggalkan keluarga dirumah. Jadwal on-duty dan off-duty tidak jelas dan on-call, sehingga sulit untuk mengatur planning untuk acara keluarga. Jenjang karir sangat bergantung dengan harga minyak dunia, sehingga tidak ada kepastian tetap untuk kenaikan karir dan gaji meskipun syarat kompetensi telah diselesaikan oleh karyawan.

    The good thingsI got a good take home pay as a mechanical technician, I got lots of experiences work with halliburton units at location under high pressure. I travelled so many new location both onshore and offshore. I met so many people from another countries and making fiends with them, I got good benevits working in this company.
    The challengesI work all the time 24 hours when facing the problems avoiding the company gets penalty from client. but it will be paid with stand by time after the problems solved. it is hard but it is worth for me. I spend most of my time at job site than in home with family. i think the schedule should be improved. but as long as i'm unmariied it is okay for me. but after i get married, I will get another job with good schedule for my family..
