    I gained flexibility in developing HR programs so that I could add to my experience, also enriched my knowledge in HR.
    The good thingsWorking with the millennial has many things to learn. Management almost always supports the things programmed by the HR Department. A warm and family atmosphere. Management that is very people oriented. Management sees humans as a major asset in business Teammates are very fun and inspiring. the diversity of employees that makes HR increasingly rich in human knowledge.
    The challengesManagement is sometimes less objective in applying people to its orientation in several policies. There is no role model that becomes a role model for the HR team. Seniority is seen so as to lead to less optimal career development. Seeing the HR section is not yet an important part. The second layer of management does not understand that the task of managing people is part of responsibility.
