The good things1. Fasilitas memadai; 2. Menggunakan KPI jadi penilaian terhadap kinerja lawyer objektif; 3. Kekeluargaan yang erat pada karyawan dan lawyer; 4. Outing perusahaan rutin setiap tahun; 5. Reimbursement cepat.

The challenges1. Pekerjaan sepenuhnya dilimpahkan kepada lawyer, sedangkan partner hanya menjalankan pengawasan. Hal ini dapat membuat lawyer sulit untuk berkembang dan belajar dalam menerima bimbingan; 2. Gaji kurang kompetitif apabila dibandingkan dengan beban pekerjaan; 3. Bonus kurang kompetitif apabila dibandingkan dengan beban pekerjaan.
