    The good things1. Kerjasama tim yang tidak ditemukan diperusahaan lain 2. Untuk sertifikasi dilakukan bersmaa tim , tidak menggunakan konsultan , shingga semua bisa belajar dari akar. 3. Senior yg selalu merangkul junior , baik dari level operator sampai level manajerial
