    Never expect too much or work-life balance

    The challenges1. Unstable production load and load distribution, production planning change suddenly almost every day. 2. Very hard to focus in individuals/Section's target because of inconsistant production planning, this would be decrease your KPI even it is not your mistake. Further more, the employee turnover is also high

    Pengalaman selama magang di PT. Guntner Indonesia
    The good thingsBanyak ilmu yang saya dapatkan selama magang di perusahaan tersebut. Staff senior mengajarkan tentang bagaimana menyelesaikan pekerjaan seperti account payables, account receivables, petty cash dan taxation sebelum saya mengerjakan pekerjaan tersebut. Selain itu saya juga melakukan pengecekan fixed asset yang dimiliki perusahaan tersebut dengan tagging asset.
    The challengesMenurut saya, tidak ada kesulitan yang sangat fatal selama saya magang di PT. Guntner Indonesia. Hanya saja dalam melakukan rekonsiliasi bank saya mengalami sedikit kesulitan namun staff senior membantu. Sehingga saya dapat mengerjakan pekerjaan tersebut dengan baik dan lancar.
