    I've given chances to work/participate in every aspect of the project, enabling me to have a broad experience in working in a complex-multinational project.
    The good thingsThe working environment is good. There are many chances to learn and improve yourself, even not in the area of your main tasks. It's a very good place to learn on how to work in projects, and manage a project.
    The challengesYou need to survive by yourself as there is minimum guidance/training for the work that you have to do. Salary and benefit is average, without regular/yearly adjustment. Site allowance and site work rotation is not the best among similar companies.

The scope of work is from Engineering, Procurement, Onshore Construction, Transportation and Installation, Hook Up. Therefore if people work from start until the end of the project, you will get lot of experience and knowledge regarding EPCI Work.
