    I love working at Universitas Gunadarma.
    The good thingsFor new lecturers, there will be a guiding lecturer who is very helpful and friendly. The career development is also good even though it takes time (reasonable, though). The salary is quite high considering I only teach once to twice a week.
    The challengesMy only challenge is the location is far from my house.
