    It's still a new company, so a lot of things need to be done
    The good thingsThe work environment is good, the people also nice, friendly, and helping each other. Sometimes there's a dinner party. You can learn a lot of things here.
    The challengesThe workload is kinda high for me because we kinda short-handed right now. There's no benefit or at least health insurance for employees below the managerial level and there is no yearly bonus.
