    The good thingsBenefit yang lumayan. Sama seperti multi national company lainnya, di sini kita diberikan kesempatan untuk berdiskusi dengan tim dari berbagai negara lainnya. Hal itu menyebabkan teman bertambah dan juga pengalaman untuk berdiskusi dengan tim dari negara lain.
    The challengesKebijakan yang kadang-kadang berubah. Rencana yang sudah disusun dari awal mudah sekali berubah karena kondisi. Tidak adanya planning yang cukup baik untuk bisnis secara keseluruhan sehingga seringkali ada beberapa hal yang miss ketika kita akan mengeksekusi rencana awal.

    This company have good management.
    The good thingsThis is a global international company. The managers know what their doing. Clear objectives and directions from the management. They have good code of conduct. They solve problems by thinking of the long term impact. We have good team and great teamwork. We are proffesionals and we don't mix personnal things with our business. We have credit card to ensure our expense can be covered when travelling.
    The challengesThere is no pocket money for travelling. Maybe your wife might complain about it. You have to worked hard to achieve your good performance for getting the bonuses which only given once per year. How much the bonuses is depend on how much profit you made for the company. This company is very dynamic, the change in organization can come anytime due to some startegy or some people might left the company.

    Ulasan tentang Grundfos
    The good thingsSaya senang dalam menjalankan peran saya dalam perusahaan. Jajaran manajemen dan juga lingkungan yang sangat baik. Selain itu Grundfos juga memberikan layanan kelas satu pada setiap kegiatan bisnis yang saya jalankan. Tingkat stres cukup rendah walau intensitas pekerjaan tinggi. Hal ini dapat terjadi akibat lingkungan kerja yang sangat nyaman
    The challengesSaya sedikit kesulitan diawal dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas yang diberikan. Dikarenakan dalam menjalankannya dibutuhkan kemampuan dan analisa yang baik mengenai sistem kerja pompa. Namun hal itu dapat diatasi dengan sistem pelatihan online dan sistem kelas yang diberikan Grundfos. Dalam kurun waktu satu bulan saya dapat beradaptasi dengan semuanya.
