    A Good "Work-life balance" company
    The good thingsSalary is OK , not too low but not that high as well. Many experienced & seasoned employees here, take & give knowledge is very enjoyable. Good for newbies or veteran employees. Work - life balance is very well maintained here. We have mutual respect regardless of racial and religious background. BPJS ketenagakerjaan & kesehatan are both available.
    The challengesSometimes the s.o.p. is not very clear yet , although it's progressing with a good pace, but you'll face some confusion as to who exactly is responsible for some matter (person in charge sometimes not very clearly appointed) sometimes it feels like autopiloting here. Need more evaluation on most efficient s.o.p.

    The good thingsDengan kolaborasi yang baik , dalam team & antar dept menciptakan hasil perbaikan yang menakjubkan (tremendous improvement). Sehingga hanya dengan saya bergabung dengan perusahaan greentex dalam 2 tahun 4 bulan sudah mendapatkan Quality Award dari buyer (2x), yang sebelumnya belum pernah didapat
    The challengesmemperbaiki mindset pekerja secara keseluruhan , dalam hal tanggung jawabnya terhadap pekerjaan di departemen nya masing-masing untuk menunjang perbaikan untuk keuntungan perusahaan. hal perbaikan mindset & hasil hanya bisa dicapai oleh departemen quality ketika saya bergabung di dalamnya (inkonsisten)
