    It is hard to be appreciated.
    The good thingsThe good thing here is the supportive team members and working flexibility. You'll also learn a lot here, more than you deserve compared to the number in your paycheck.
    The challengesYour career development/ job promotion are preceded by those who are closer to your manager, a family, or those who will not resign. Your performance is the next thing. It is less likely to be appreciated for your good job at work if you do one mistake that is not even yours, bcs everyone on the team will get blame for it. Bonus? Dont hope too much.

    The challengesKurangnya keterbukaan top management terhadap apa yang terjadi, open discussion tapi tidak memberikan kejelasan terhadap semua pertanyaan2 karyawannya. Supervisor toxic, rasis, result oriented tapi menyalahkan semua kesalahan ke bawahannya. Health benefit?? ga ada!

    The good thingsAs a student who has interned at this company, I think this is one of the companies that gave me a great experience. During my internship, I got the chance to learn many things about auditing, they have a good working environment, great people, and flexible working time.

    Working at Grant Thornton Indonesia was very exciting.
    The good thingsAll employee from junior until manager are very friendly to the newcomers/freshgrad. GT appreciate all working process for their employees and there are so many training which not just come from the formal company training but also from the seniors. Good environment even when it comes to peak season, they are very helpful and care with subordinates. Seniors in GT are all very welcome and willing to teach the juniors and not hesitate to give challenging working paper for juniors.
    The challengesthe challenges would be, when you work overtime , they will only count it with maximum 3 hours (if this proposal approved by the manager) even though your actual overtime hour around 5-8 or even until sunrise :). Well, it would be fine for a beginner to be treated that way as they were still learning about the work process. However there are many associate level which has work from dawn to dawn treated same way.

    The good thingsCo-worker here is okay. Since your responsibility is above your pay grade, you'll get good experience here.
    The challengesLow salary with bad requirements for promotion. Salary and responsibility aren't inline. You need to be "close" to your partner in order to get promoted.

    KAP yang baik untuk mencari ilmu
    The good thingsdisini dapat belajar bersama tanpa mengurangi rasa canggung kepada senior maupun se-level manager. karena disini anda akan selalu dibimbing dan diajarkan bagaimana cara audit yang baik dan benar. tidak ada kesenjangan sama sekali di dalam perusahaan ini.
