    The good thingsFasilitas kantor yang cukup memadai, lingkungan yang baik, jauh dari perkotaan.
    The challengesTidak adanya standar pekerjaan atau SOP perusahaan dalam menghasilkan suatu produk pekerjaan. Jam kerja yang melebihi batas waktu. Merubah hari libur menjadi hari kerja.
