Great place to work atThe good thingsGrand Candi Hotel is a gallery hotel in Semarang, which means it has a lot of art works displayed all around the lobby, ballrooms and even in each rooms. I can actually enjoy these arts to relax from the stress.
The challengesThe lack of communication is still a big problem in my opinion, especially between departments. It feels like it takes much extra energy just to confirm a thing with the other department. We should say what we want and ask what the others want, together we can improve that way, instead of blaming each other.
