    The good thingsGreat friends. Always open for discussions. The food around here is also cheap and public transportations are easy to find.
    The challengesThe company is relatively new, so the management was still unorganized. They cater to the BOD too much, resulting on creating new products that are not sustainable.

    The challengesGaji yang standar, kenaikan gaji yang tidak signifikan. Tekanan kerja yang lumayan besar, namun bisa diatasi dengan suasana kerja yang nyaman. Untuk bagian operasional akan sangat sering ada perubahan aturan kerja.

    Casual working with room for personal growth
    The good thingsEveryone can come to the office according to the time suitable for them (although not too late in the day) and there is no strict dress code even though we are still counted as a part of a corporate. People are willing to help each other and the leaders are setting no barrier towards the employees. The company is trying to give everyone in the team fair rewards and working conditions.
    The challengesThere is still room to make the company more of a family and to get everyone to open up more in terms of communications. Trust still needs to be gained in order for the employee to promote the company. The office is still too quite - a little buzz would be nice for the environment.
