    Good for Experienced Back-Office Employee but Not Recommended for Freshgraduated Back-Office Employee
    The good thingsGreat environment (have a balanced fun and serious environment), great team (for back office), and supportive workmates. Recommended for an experienced back-office employee because your ideas and solution will be challenged by CEO and workmate(s) so you can develop your ideas further
    The challengesNot recommended for a freshgraduated employee who seeks new knowledge (in back-office position, at least) because they will ask you to learn by doing but without clear guidance. In other hands, it's good for a freshgraduated employee tech position. Project Manager will help you to understand your position more so you can develop yourself.

    Good Environment but Worst Management
    The good thingsThis place is a good place to enhance your ability in web programming. With it fast-paced environment, u will learn how to manage your work-time and work as effective as possible. Recommended for fresh-graduated.
    The challengesThis company will try yo pay you as low as possible and can't keep their promise of increase your salary when u pass the probation period. This company also keep making mistakes when paying the salary, paying you under the agreement but so strict when it comes to their reducing salary rule such as come-late, not come without any reason, and else. Not recommended for those who seek a career path.

    The good thingsFun working environment. Friends here are like family. The management is fair enough about work and life balance.
