The good thingsGodrej sangat memerhatikan wellness karyawannya. Tentu saja karena perusahaan ini sudah menyandang status sebagai Best Workplace 2025. Fasilitas untuk karyawan sangat lengkap mulai dari tempat gym, coffee maker, area entertain, dll serta menerapkan flexible working hour as long as pekerjaan kita sudah selesai
The challengesMenyesuaikan penetrasi penerapan HSE dengan culture head office yang hampir seluruh karyawan kurang aware terhadap aspek keselamatan. Namun seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, ternyata ada beberapa orang yang memang aware terhadap aspek safety hanya saja belum ada wadah untuk menampung masukan - masukan yang berkaitan dengan keselamatan di lingkungan kerja
