    The challengesLanguage barrier with Japanese expatriates, Very long work hours needed to finish particular jobs that even you need to be present during national holidays.

    A corporate with family feel-like experience
    The good thingsThe people there are very friendly, they're very welcoming to new staffs and always make people there feel like a family member. There are times when departments couldn't work together, but that doesn't stop the staffs to finding a solution together. Also, the benefits are not disappointing!
    The challengesThe salary review and performance review may sometimes be biased according to the superior's view towards each staff. It's improving from since the time I started working there, but you can still feel it. I hope it'll change for the better in the future.
