There is always a project to do. Cross functional team is compact. Activities to improve employees' knowledge are always carried out. IT systems are very supportive of work.

    The good thingsGood place to learn and know new things. Most people will encourage to learn more than you could imagine. Also, the culture is good in encouragement of learning, be open to talk about improvement, and trying unexplored horizons of your side.
    The challengesPeople from upper management usually have high pressure on themselves causing them to thought the safest way to do many things. This condition affecting their way of taking decision which usually doesn't involve fellow worker in the downstream, also prevent the result of out of the box idea to grow further.
