    The challengesSistem inventory kacau. Sebagai merchandiser di tahun 2016 masih handle barang tahun 2000. Sistem inventory sudah kacau dari lama tapi tidak ada pembenahan sama sekali. Di sistem barang bisa minus berpuluh qty tapi ya dibiarkan saja sama Brand Manager. Hanya bisa menggunakan data inventory manual by excel yang diupdate anak floor dan bagian retail analyst. Sistem keuangan juga berbelit, reimbursement kecil dan kebanyakan nombok. Struktur kurang jelas, jobdesk apalagi. Merchandiser yang di kantor tapi bekerja seperti kurir ambil barang dalam jumlah yg banyak untuk consolidation.
