    the environment to work very fun and enjoy between engineer and worker
    The good things- good environment -feels like family in company - you can work not only 1 site, move around all indonesia place - so many experience testing can get from here - the place to learn much for foundation and many testing about pile
    The challenges- the schedule sometime make the worker like a robot - the timeline works not balance with the salary for the worker and engineer - its feels have gap between engineer in office and engineer go site testing

    The good things1. Direktur utama friendly dan melimpah ilmu 2. Gaji,intensif dan tunjangan sesuai dengan load kerja 3. Fasilitas mess dan fasilitas kantor lengkap 4. Banyak acara makan2 untuk engieneer kantor 5. engineer kantor akan selalu prioritas 6. suasana kantor bersih dan wangi 7. sangat menjaga prokes 8. Terlalu fokus ke satu ilmu yaitu testing fondasi
    The challenges1. Engineer lapangan yang tidak prioritas 2. jam kerja yang sangat padat 36 jam bila perlu untuk engineer lapangan tanpa ada pergantian 3. roling jadwal pegawai yang kurang merata 4. Lingkungan kerja di dalam kantor yang tegang dan cenderung sentiment 5. Statement jelas dari petinggi tidak butuh engineer yang pintar dan inovatif hanya perlu yang mau bekerja. 6. Lingkungan engineer kantor yang menilai kapabilitas orang lain hanya dari cover 7. Tidak bisa evaluasi untuk engineer senior hanya khusus yang junior 8. nepotisme ras sangat terasa 9. tidak ada ilmu selain testing fondasi dan itu akan sangat tidak baik apabila keluar dari perusahaan ini setelah sekian waktu yang lama karena pengalaman akan hanya ada 1 (testing fondasi)
