    Ruang diskusi yang sempit dengan atasan, membuka diskusi dengan pressure yang lebih dominan alih alih dengan tenang, jelas, dan tegas. Briefing yang tidak jelas tanpa exposure dengan site dan data site analysis yang valid, ketika kerjaan tidak sesuai ekpektasi, dianggaap tidak kompeten dan dinilai sebagai expert. Tidak ada ruang salah untuk menjadi benar dan ruang adaptasi yang cukup dari sudut pandang freshies, ibarat bayi yang baru lahir namun sudah disuruh jogging pace 9 keliling GBK alih alih dijemur dan di paparkan vitamin D supaya berkembang dengan sehat. Fit for orang yang menjadikan pekerjaan dan tekanan sebagai hobi
    The good thingsTempat bekerja yang nyaman dan aman, fasilitas penunjang yang mumpuni dan baik. Expousre dengan material dan furniture high end yang mengaplikasikan design dari designer terkenal dan teknologi paling maju. A good place to learn variative design and sharpen your survival instinct
    The challengeskomunikasi yang terbatas dengan atasan, tidak ada ruang untuk salah, harus berkembang dengan terpaksa karna pressure yang dominan dibanding membimbing dan berjalan beriringan

    High pressure working environment
    The good thingsGood place to sharpen your survival instinct. Only the strongest, sharpest and canniest can survive, just like in the hunger games. Death penalty for mistake is one of the rule to live by. Once you get accustomed to the working pace, you might find it hard to leave. Would recommend the working experience especially for those who feel like time moves too slow or in need of challenges.
    The challengesPatience is not a virtue here. While being showered with luxury materials, high-end suppliers and "unlimited" budget, you might slowly lose your passion for soulful design, and trading it with the glitz and glam. With great power comes great responsibility, and also arrogance. Appreciate your own hardwork even when nobody else acknowledge it. Good luck.
