    The good thingsTertarik pada proses pembuatan lampu dari awal sampai akhir, dengan technology yang canggih dan tersusun rapi sehingga kecelakaan kerja dapat terhindari walaupun banyak faktor resiko yang bisa saja terjadi pada saat bekerja karena para pekerja.
    The challengestidak ada kesulitan saat magang disini, para staff HSE yang ramah walaupun proses dan seleksi peserta magang sangat ketat. tetapi setelah masuk magang para peserta magang diterima dengan baik dan di bimbing dengan baik pula

    The good thingsFreedom to do your job. Employees are friendly and feel like working at home. Informal office environment.
    The challengesTop down decision, and this make local management have hard time to achieve it. HQ should have discussed with local management when giving country target. Changes in GE is very fast and often. This make employees hard to adjust.
