    The good thingsBisa menambah pengalaman saat fresh graduate. Membuka wawasan dan menambah pengalaman. Selalu ada yang mau membantu saat kesulitan.
    The challengesGaji terlalu rendah. Jika kamu terlalu lama di perusahaan ini. Kamu akan dibebani pekerjaan melebihi nalar agar resign dan tidak membebani keuangan kantor. Manajemen akan bersikap baik diluar dan tiba-tiba diberhentikan tanpa ada pemberitahuan.

    The good thingsStruktur kerjanya sudah bagus. Flow kerja jadi lebih tertata dan jelas jika dibandingkan dengan startup (tidak semua startup).

    The good thingsMembuka peluang untuk mempelajari dunia QA dari awal, bahkan untuk fresh graduate. Selama ada inisiatif, ada banyak hal yang bisa dipelajari di perusahaan ini.
    The challengesJenjang karir kurang begitu terbuka. Salary kurang attractive kalau sudah memiliki skill, pengalaman dan portofolio yang menarik.

    The good thingsFull of creative & fun people, good local management, clear career path, great refreshment and/or bonding activities, good health benefits, good project/annual bonus, very adaptive to new technologies, good support in terms of hardware-related & mall-like coffee machines!
    The challengesVery constantly high pressure, plenty of overtime, poor salary, favoritism/seniority is still a factor for a promotion, difficult to take holidays, work & life is not balanced at all, below average project management, usually depends on HQ input, Top Managers isn't very supportive, ridiculous project timeframe & not flexible work environment

    The good thingsperusahaan teknologi software dengan lingkungan anak muda yang cukup semangat dan create, sangat cocok banget bagi fresh graduate yang ingin mencari pengalaman serta belajar mengenai industri game, work life balance untuk beberapa posisi strategis agak susah tapi untuk posisi junior bisa, sangat targeted oriented sehingga process itu tidak terlalu penting yang penting adalah hasilnya.
    The challengeskarena perusahaan ini adalah B to C dan B to B sehingga cukup agile ketika terjadi perubahan, dan cenderung perubahan sangat cepat bisa. sehingga menuntut seorang untuk cepat tanggap secara cepat, karir tidak berkembang hanya untuk core bisnis saja (programmer) yang bisa dikembangkan. belum punya karir path yang jelas, job grading yang jelas.

    The good thingsSuasana yang menyenangkan, teman yang asyik, atasan yang baik, pengalaman yang seru. Bisa paham pembuatan video games, dan hari kerja yang menyenangkan. Kekeluargaan begitu terasa.
    The challengesSaya harap salary dinaikkan sedikit. Meski setelah naik sudah cukup sih. Dan berikan kesempatan promosi utk karyawan yang berdedikasi tinggi. Ini penting untuk kemajuan gameloft.

    The good thingsThe fasility are above the average company. A log of benefits and managed very well. Also the employees are so friendly and nice to develop a good mood while doing the jobs.

    You're in for a good time if you can handle the drama and the low pay
    The good thingsThe company was a millennial's dream: great benefits, people who would listen to each other, working in a video game company (!), and club activities which will give you a tremendous sense of belonging. The company put a lot of attention towards learnability to fresh graduates and also their well-being. That being said, if you can persist in the company, you can get up the career ladder quickly. The office politics is relatively moderate.
    The challengesAs it was a millennial's dream, it's also filled with "youngsters": personal matters carried over to workplace, immature decisions by bosses (!) and sometimes jokes were taken too far that it should be a crime. The HRD has taken this matter into their own hands, but even then it seems too much for them to handle. Its plethora of benefits also came with a great price: terrible terrible monthly salary. Knowing that you work in the region with the lowest minimum pay in Indonesia will help you cope with that fact.

    The good thingsThe good things is, working in Gameloft you can explore the world of game while you get paid. Not really strict working in here, you can have your smoke time, but of course will affecting on your evaluation. They also have a staff trip for all employee which will relief you stress after working almost a year. A loyalty gift? Of course they have, after working as a permanent employee every 4 years you will have a loyalty gift. A birthday gift? yes you also will have this one. They have 2 insurance, government and private insurance, a cool benefit. In conclusion, it is fun working here, but don't expect too much.
    The challengesThe career you will have will be depend on your next level employee. If there are no available spot, you will not move to next position. The most possibility you can reach is Senior QA. But if you can see a glance of opportunity on other division, it would helping you grow. Since this company are fast moving, you will see a lot of change on your team each year. Either new testing method, new evaluation method or something else. You will demanded to adapt with this flow. It will be challenging for some people.

    Bagus untuk pemula di dunia games
    The good thingsSaya diajari hal-hal dari basic sampai advance level. Suasana kerja yang homey dan penuh keakraban tanpa mengesampingkan sisi profesionalitas. Tidak adanya dress code atau aturan yang terlalu kaku (di luar aturan tertulis tentunya). Perusahaan mendukung perkembangan skill para karyawannya. Fasilitas yg banyak dan bisa dipergunakan semua karyawan.
    The challengesBekerja dengan warga negara lain seringkali bikin capek karena perbedaan budaya. Mudah bikin terjebak comfort zone. Gaji rendah jika dibandingkan perusahaan dengan bidang yang sama. Sulit naik pangkat karena struktur perusahaan yang pakem.

    The good thingsBekerja dalam team yang seru, dengan tugas yang terbagi sesuai keahliannya masing-masing dalam mencari bug dalam apk. Tidak ada dress code formal, bekerja dengan busana casual. Ada tunjangan kesehatan dan THR bagi yang sudah bekerja min. 1 tahun.
    The challengesSeringkali kita overtime, apalagi ketika apk sudah hampir mencapai Gold version. Tingkat stress lumayan tinggi.
