    The good thingsLebih berjuang menghadapi kinerja jgn kaku dan merasa diri pengalaman berkerja sama dengan atasan pemilik perusahaan jgn suka berbohong mengenal coustumer bebagi sama team kecuali manager jujur dengan te am dan direktur supaya kelak lebih konsional

    The good thingsBorderless, there is no limit between manager and staff. So many challenging project and various clients that makes you better and better everyday. many club hobbies like Futsal, Badminton, Bikes, etc.
    The challengesThere are some points they need to improve, like too many projects were assigned to one person so it makes impact to another project. Other than that, they also need to improve their metodology to develop a project. The one they used right now is old school.

    The good thingsA good companies should understand that workers are human being and have basic needs and provide those. An GT (Gamatechno) provides it. They value us as a human. Please develop this very good side.

    The good thingsDi PT Gamatechno, karyawan difasilitasi sesuai dengan passionnya masing-masing. Misal dibidang olah raga, Gamatechno menyediakan wadah untuk club hobi. Ada bulu tangkis, renang, senam, lari dan masih banyak lagi hal menyenangkan yang bisa dilakukan di Gamatechno. Fasilitas pantry untuk beristirahat pun sangat menyenangkan. Kerja sambil ngopi ala cafe, di Gamatechno tempatnya.

    This is a good company that I have been working for.
    The good thingsI meet new people. I have good friends. Workmates are all supportive. I always face new challenge in this company, and I can enhance my skills. And one of the good thing is that this company gives the employees sport facilities to improve our health. They also have sport clubs where the employees can join in. This company also often handle some annual competitions in some special occasions and also often give us training to enhance our skills
    The challengesTo meet people doesn't mean that it is a good thing happens in our daily working routine. Since I am an account executive, I have to face different customers / clients. I need to comprehend my soft skill of how I can handle the needs of our customers. And sometimes, it is not about our customers, but also the works itself. Sometimes we need to cooperate well within our team to accomplish the jobs, and sometimes it is not easy, especially during the end of every year. Too many to do.

    The good thingsBanyak yang didapatkan pada posisi ini adalaha : - Bertemu banyak client dengan berbagai karakter yang berbeda itu dapat menambah wawasan, membiasakan Public Speaking, dan mengolah emosi kita dan pemikiran yang bisa menghasilkan goal bersama. - Testing aplikasi membuat kita mengerti alur sistem yang ada, menambah ketelitian kita, menambah ilmu kita untuk menganalisa sistem. - Membuat Dokumen adalah sebuah gambaran sistem kita atau penjelasan tentang sistem yang ada membuat kita semakin bisa berekspresi dan menggambarkan sistem yang sudah kita testing sebelumnya. - Bekerjasama dengan tim itu juga suatu nilai positif yang saya dapatkan selama bekerja di Gamatechno
    The challenges- Kesulitan yang pertama saya hadapi adalah ketika testing aplikasi yang harus kita pelajari sendiri dari flowchart yang sudah ada. kenapa sulit? iya karena saya lebih cepat bisa tahu alur ketika di jelaskan dengan presentasi daripada membaca alur (Flowchart). - Kesulitan yang kedua adalah harus tahu beberapa istilah yang menurut saya itu adalah hal baru .
