The challengesNothing was good from the management especially from the first CEO: arrogant, selfish, bad communication, and trigger the conflict between staffs. Even this person degraded my position in the company because I challenged him many times as most of his direction was too bias and childish as if the company is his own (in fact, this is multinational company).
