    The good thingsMudah diterima masuk, benefit on-site, lingkungan yang cocok untuk belajar, terutama untuk Java karena hampir semua project berbasis Java.
    The challengesProject tidak tentu, role bisa berubah di setiap project, dan project langsung di assign ke developer tanpa pengalaman atau waktu untuk belajar. Management kadang tidak tahu project apa saja yang dimiliki developer dan bisa langsung dicalonkan ke project lain.

    The good thingsdapat belajar dan berkembang bersama, tidak ada kesenjangan antara leader dan staff, kekeluargaan pada Fusi masih sangat terjaga, mendapatkan experience baru saat bekerja di Fusi, komunikasi antara atasan dan bawahan terjalin sangat enak tidak ada rasa canggung.
