    Create value through packaging
    The good thingsWe can get more experience about packaging and can be explore what we can offer to customer , about the new concept and innovation which is related with packaging. Good working environment
    The challengesWe have to incharge for many customer, so we have to handle and manage very well. Also, open new business for the newest customer that before we don't have any business yet.

    Great working environment
    The good thingsYou can develop your sales and marketing skill without any boundaries, supported by good working environment such as nice partners and great boss, it will create a comfort work zone there. You can freely ask for training and get a chance to trip to SEA (South East Asia) such as Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand. For me, I was responsible to handle sales and marketing, If you can sell machine you will get trip to Europe.
    The challengesThere was nothing such a big difficulty there, as long as the boss keep supporting us and we comply all the task and target. The company will be going better, for my point of view, due to this is start up company, just established around 5 years, this company still struggling for the increase of the salary and accommodation for their employees.
