    The challengesSaat beberapa peserta magang yang yang ada dibawah naungan perusahaan ada masalah dan kesulitan dan kemudian datang meminta bantuan, ybs tidak kooperatif dengan solusi yang kita coba tawarkan. padahal opsi yang kita berikan bisa memudahkan proses penyelesaian masalah ybs bisa lebih mudah dan cepat.
